We also get your practice set up physically to deliver beyond its current capacity. Basic forms and systems are customized and prepared. Individual accountabilities and Practice targets are set. Includes 3 session on-site visit with your dedicated coach.
Daily Statistical Monitoring in our Central Office

Individualized Monthly Team Meeting Sessions with Your Dedicated Coach
Like having a personal trainer for your practice, each month you will have a chance to step back and work “on” your practice. This monthly session will support you to review your goal attainment level, profitability, accountability, and specific actions to be taken for the next thirty days.
