Sara Fossen,

Sara Fossen is one of the fabulous facilitators with NextLevel Practice. For 20+ years, she has been working in the dental arena in numerous capacities. Along with her dental experience and knowledge, she has been studying Gary’s methodology for 6 years now.
Her degree in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University further compliments her coaching abilities. She comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. Living with, learning from, and Listening to them, as well as obtaining a Business degree, contributes to her understanding of business and business owners—such as dentists.
From a young age, Sara knew it was her passion to create a profound and lasting difference not only in the world, but more so in the world of dentistry. What you can count on Sara for is to bring fun, organization (she loves that stuff), inspiration, straight talk, and grounded ease. She’s living her dream! And, so can you!
Heather Smith,
Senior Facilitator
A born leader (aka, the oldest of 7 children), Heather’s background is in business and marketing from Arizona State University and from coaching, training, development, and studying from hundreds of mentors in all aspects of the business and dental fields. She has traveled all over the globe producing results for dental teams. Heather is the type of person who makes doctors’ and teams’ dreams come true TODAY—not someday in the distant future.
As a Senior Facilitator, Heather is an innovator. You can count on Heather to say the thing in the room that everyone knows but is afraid to say. Her quick wit and get-her-done approach is what inspires her teams into action. But she’s not all business. Whether schlepping through the airport during a 6-hour layover from Vancouver Island to Phoenix or enjoying her favorite ride, Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland, “fun” is the name of her game.
Karie Campion,
The Generator
Karie is the Executive Director of Communications and Public Relations at NextLevel Practice. Her enthusiasm and brilliance in all things related to social media, writing, health and well-being, and world class customer service has earned her the clever moniker of “The Generator”—please feel free to refer to her as that, too.
Karie has a bachelor’s degree in Biology and in English/Writing, and has done extensive courses in leadership and personal development. Her priority is to make a difference in people’s lives be it a client’s life, one of her team member’s, or possibly even yours!
Her passion is to have all people be known for the greatness that they already are in the world, be that through a conversation, a picture, a story told in writing, or through social media. Her other area of focus is on people’s health and well-being through oral health (which makes dentistry so perfect for her), diet, exercise, mental clarity, and overall balance to have it all. The world can always count on Karie for a jolt of enthusiasm and a laugh—just give her a call at the office! Just a Minnesota girl basking in the Arizona sun.
Paulette Gaffney, Serving Beyond Your Expectations
As the type of person who has always persevered, Paulette ran her first marathon at age 55. Deciding to take a walk on the wild side, she left the health and dental insurance industry after 20 years in sales and management to join the NextLevel Practice Team.
Paulette handles the day-to-day operations of Gary’s NextLevel Practice. She makes it happen and is rock-solid dependable. Her wit, generous listening, and intelligence have her serving you beyond your expectations day in and day out without skipping a beat. Paulette may often be imitated …but she’s NEVER duplicated!
Tarley Reed,
Facilitator
With a Bachelors degree in Communication from the University of Arizona, Tarley has 12 years of background in coaching and development. She met Gary 3 years ago and fell in love with who he is and the difference he makes with people who he interacts with (personally and professionally). So…a little bit about Tarley…As a coach, she creates structure and accountability for her clients, increasing their levels of success.
She believes what makes an individual a great coach is the ability to draw out of a person everything they already have, but didn’t know how to access it. Tarley has learned over the years, though working with multiple clients, that when the student is ready the teacher appears and that is why you have found our company.
She absolutely loves what she does and when Tarley is not out making a difference for others you can find her doing yoga, reading, or hanging out with her husband Robert and their kids Devin, Damen, Kiara, Kianna, and Jalen ( quite a handful..huh?)—and she does it with complete grace and ease.
Brian Jones,
Director of First Impressions
As a designer for both interiors and exteriors, Brian has been creating beautiful, life-giving environments, coast-to-coast, for his clients for the past 20 years.
He believes people's living and work spaces should be a reflection of their truest nature, including their passions and dreams, and that living and work spaces should be a spring-board -- a source of inspiration and creativity -- a place to come from. This passion for powerful, creative life-integration naturally led Brian to NextLevel Practice to work with Gary in providing it all to dental teams around the world. Brian believes everyone should have the opportunity to fulfill on life dreams - especially those dreams that have been marginalized or relegated to the world of "maybe someday, but not right now."
He is passionate about fulfilling his own dreams and, as the father of a 14 year-old son, strives to always live by example from his life theme: "If you asked me what I came here to do, I will tell you: I came to LIVE OUT LOUD!"
