I consider our practice to had been successful before, but it had topped out over the last few years and we had lost that edge. Enthusiasm, staff motivation& our purpose. I was able to go to 3.5 days a week of work but was still challenged with agreements and morale. Gary Kadi has raised the awareness and morale. With the triple win and other work, we feel a higher level of deserve for what we do. I have learned that I am a doctor not just a dentist and the profound effect that my team and I have on the overall health of our patients.

A very simple plan to follow, it is like keep it simple stupid. The triple win philosophy, the trust transfer is brilliant. It is a win-win for everybody not just the doc but more than anything the patient. When you meet Gary , he just has that energy about him that you know you are at the right place.
