Heather Smith,

A born leader (aka, the oldest of 7 children), Heather’s background is in business and marketing from Arizona State University and from coaching, training, development, and studying from hundreds of mentors in all aspects of the business and dental fields. She has traveled all over the globe producing results for dental teams. Heather is the type of person who makes doctors’ and teams’ dreams come true TODAY—not someday in the distant future.

As a Senior Facilitator, Heather is an innovator. You can count on Heather to say the thing in the room that everyone knows but is afraid to say. Her quick wit and get-her-done approach is what inspires her teams into action. But she’s not all business. Whether schlepping through the airport during a 6-hour layover from Vancouver Island to Phoenix or enjoying her favorite ride, Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland, “fun” is the name of her game.

 

 

Paulette Gaffney,

General Manager

As the type of person who has always persevered, Paulette ran her first marathon at age 55. Deciding to take a walk on the wild side, she left the health and dental insurance industry after 20 years in sales and management to join the NextLevel Practice Team.

Paulette handles the day-to-day operations of Gary’s NextLevel Practice. She makes it happen and is rock-solid dependable. Her wit, generous listening, and intelligence have her serving you beyond your expectations day in and day out without skipping a beat. Paulette may often be imitated …but she’s NEVER duplicated!

 

 

Marci

Senior Facilitator

Born and raised on Long Island, Marci is a true New Yorker and a diehard Yankees fan who could talk baseball with the best of them. With a background in client services and career coaching for over 15 years, you can always count on Marci to be a straight shooter who says it like it is.

She has a boisterous laugh, big heart and a genuine care for helping people get what they want out of life. As a Senior Facilitator you can count on Marci being committed to making a difference in your practice and your life!

As a native of Arizona, I love the heat and am always bringing the heat to the table! I am an amazing cook and create some pretty spectacular dishes for my family.

I naturally have a nurturing touch in everything I do and love helping people. I find people fascinating and look for opportunities to learn and engage in my own development.

Andrea “Andi” Maestas

Administrative Assistant

I was born and raised in Washington State. Being a stay at home mom until the girls (3) were in junior high was both rewarding and fulfilling. Prior to my husband and I moving to Phoenix in 2005, I worked for 13 years in the Pioneer School District as an Attendance Secretary. It was such fun being around all that energy.

As the keeper of student records, grades and attendance I enjoyed seeing the students grow through the years and develop into intelligent young adults.

My organizational skills are my strong point and I bring enthusiasm, fun and excitement to work with me every day. I love meeting new people, learning new things and taking it to the next level.

 

 

Anat Peri

Born in Israel, raised in the U.S., and currently living in Manhattan, Anat Peri inspires people to greater heights personally and professionally.

With a BBA in Finance from Pace University, she has continued to increase her effectiveness by working with world-class mentors in practical business application.

Anat is laser-like in her ability to identify situations and deliver new solutions that are refreshing, effective and easy to understand. Along with this innovative approach, she is masterful at creating and implementing systems that support the solutions, thus freeing up time and resources for the complete team.

In her down time, she loves spending time with her friends, making new friends, cooking, traveling all over the world and shopping for shoes.
