The fundamentals you learned in Jumpstart take on new meaning, as your designated advisor works with your team on a fully customized implementation strategy. We spend the first six weeks of your Leading Dentist in “basic training” –further defining the Doctor’s role as the driver of the bus, and structuring the supporting roles for a fully accountable team. Solid training in proven patient education techniques allow you and your team to maximize your income in the least amount of time.

The rest of the year is spent on insuring your results stick, refining these new roles and responsibilities until they become natural habits. To supplement face to face training, teams actively participate in weekly one hour video training online in our Virtual Classroom.
